ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Texas First Response Services, Inc. ("TFRS") wants everyone who needs emergency vehicle upfitting information, quotes, or support to be able to use tx1rs.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification, or other assistive technology.

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the technical standard commonly used to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for websites and by federal agencies under Section 508.

• Every page has a "Skip to main content" link, a single main landmark, and a logical heading order.
• All functionality, including menus, forms, and image galleries, works with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Form fields have labels, and form errors are announced to assistive technology and described in text.
• Meaningful images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Text and interactive controls meet WCAG AA color-contrast ratios on our dark theme.
• Pages reflow to a 320 px-wide screen without horizontal scrolling and support browser zoom and text resizing.
• The homepage slideshow can be paused and does not auto-advance for visitors whose device is set to reduce motion.
• Every release is checked by an automated accessibility test in our build pipeline, supplemented by manual keyboard review.

Automated and manual testing cannot catch everything. Known areas where you may run into difficulty:

• Photos of vehicle builds may carry short descriptions that do not capture every detail. Ask us if you need more.
